Yosemite and Quark 10

#1

I have Quark 10 on Yosemite abd the auto-activation xtenxion for Suitcase Fusion 6 is loaded.
But it’s not working - not opening the fonts.
Could the extension be corrupt? Can I get a replacement for it?

#2

It’s not likely the plugin is corrupt but if you want to try replacing it you can find it in the latest product installer here:

Please contact our support team if your issues continue after the re-install.

#3

No joy, but I had archived a copy of the previous plug-in (dated May 2015)
and replacing the latest one with that one restored auto-activation.

#4

I will have the team review and see if they can reproduce this issue with 17.3.0 and the installed Quark 10 plugin.

@ShaunFerguson,

I had my QA and Support Team try and reproduce this issue internally but without luck. Are there any distinct reproducible steps we could try?
I’ve queued up some other Quark 2015 plugin work soon and if we can reproduce this issue internally I can look for a resolution then. However, it seems to be working in our testing labs as expected.

Cheers,
Chris
