You are correct, the organize feature was retired from Font Doctor in version 10. Sorry we weren’t more open about it.
After extensive review we found customers weren’t able to leverage the organizational structure from Font Doctor in Suitcase and vise versa. So we are exploring new integration options for organizing fonts between the two applications.
In the meanwhile, since font library organization is generally done once we suggest you stick with FD8 for that specific task. You can run FD8 and FD10 side by side. Let me know if you need a license to do this.
