Unable to login to Portfolio Server 11

Hi All,

I’ve installed a trial version of PS 11. While attempting to login (connecting to 127.0.0.1:8091), I use the default username: administrator and default password: password

However I am unable to login. I have the most up to date quicktime and adobe dng converter, I’m running mountain lion (late 2012 27 inch iMac) with 10.8.3 with java 6. Any ideas?

Hello,

We’ve gotten a few reports along those lines. That typically happens if PostgreSQL didn’t have enough time to start up. I recommend going through the uninstall/reinstall steps at the end of this KB article to see if that solves the problem:
