Our TeamSync Administrator is only managing access to groups and not using the product. Its taking away from our license count. Is there a way around this?
Being an Administrator currently requires a license to TeamSync. If your current Administrator is a non-user, a suggestion would be to remove them from TeamSync and give the Admin privileges to another user.
To do this: You’d first need to add another Administrator to TeamSync. The new Administrator could then go in and remove the user.
