Portfolio API login fail 500

HI,

I am using a HTTP client to login to the Portfolio 2017 API.

This works on another version of portfolio but returns
response code HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error
{“faultCode”:“NotSerialized”,“message”:“Not serialized for API use”}

on another, am I able to send my request another way to get pased this problem or is it an error in the internal portfolio instance?

Hi Michael,

You will need to add a Portfolio API serial number to that server to be able to access it programmatically via the API.
