Need help asap please!

I have 3 print projects due by Monday and ALL OF A SUDDEN SF decided NOT to work any longer.

I get this message - We are sorry! Suitecase Fusion 4 Experienced an unexpected error. To help Extensis fix this probelm you can send them details about the error. Yada yada. - :angry:

Well it never sends it just locks up the screen. I have uninstalled it and does the same thing again. I have had the application “SF4” since the release without one problem. It is strange that it all of a sudden started doing this.

If all this takes is an upgrade to 5 let me know please.

Hi,

Please navigate to this folder

*C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Extensis\Suitcase Fusion*

And move Suitcase Fusion.fontvault to your desktop.

NOTE: AppData is a hidden folder. In order to view it, choose Start > Control Panel > Folder Options > View tab and check “Show hidden files and folders.”

Then try to relaunch.

If successful, that means your font vault is corrupt. We’ll need to restore the fonts from the corrupted font vault and place them in a new one.

To do this, open the Suitcase Fusion.fontvault folder that we just moved to your desktop, and drag and drop the SA folder into the Suitcase Fusion application window.

(Please note your sets will not transfer using this method.)

If this doesn’t work, please give us a call so we can troubleshoot.
