Keywords panel disappearing in Portfolio 10.2


I have Portfolio Server 10.2 for Windows. At present, I am using only 2 computers to access the databases–the server and a client. The Server has dual-monitors, client has only a single monitor. Even though I can see the keywords panel on the client, I cannot see it on the desktop client on the Server machine. When I click on the keywords panel button on the button bar, the cursor goes to the lower left corner of the active monitor screen without opening the panel. Is there some way I can bring the panel back? What is causing this? I have tried putting the desktop client on the other monitor on the server, but that does not help. I even tried reinstalling the desktop client on the server but to no avail.
