When our plugins crash an Adobe application it’s usually because of an event we are performing (i.e. activate a bad font) or possibly a conflict with another 3rd part plugin.
As you may know these are user-to-user forums and not monitored often by Tech Support personnel.
If you’d like Extensis to assist, please send us an email with the problem you are encountering, a copy of your system profile and the crash logs.
We will create a support case and provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
If there is a reproducible crash, the Suitcase dev team can investigate the issue and work toward a resolution.
