Font in brackets

#1

I cannot get a font to show up in a document. I’ve tried using Suitcase Fusion, Fontbook, and even dropping the font into the font folder of InDesign. I want to replace Trajan with Trajan Regular and Trajan Bold Bold with Trajan bold. You can see the fonts are active in Suitcase Fusion in the screen shot but in the Replace With Font Family dropdown Trajan appears in brackets and the only Font Style showing is Regular. It won’t allow me to replace it with this typeface. What do the brackets mean? I’ve seen this happen to other documents. I’m using InDesign CC 2015 version 11.3.0.34 and Suitcase Fusion 17.3.2.
