Error in server.log

Hi,

We’ve setup 2 catalogs in Portfolio Server 11 and works fine and some how when I try to download originals from the web client, it will stuck in the “preparing downloads” and I saw error thrown in the server.log

Here’s the error:

I’ve tried to restart it but no luck. Any idea what’s happening?

Is anyone has the same problem? Still can’t download the original from the web client…
