Crashes when i create a new smart search

Suitcase fusion crashes everytime i create a new smart search. I get the message “Your Server Credentials are no longer Valid”. When i reopen the untitled smart search is created. Help!!. I am not using any cloud just local

Hi!

Sounds like you might need to login again!

To do that just follow these steps:

  1. Select the Tools menu
  2. Select Logout (your_name@your_email.com)
  3. Click Yes
  4. Login again!

Even if you are not sharing fonts we still will sync smart searches,etc. on the server so you will need to stay logged in.

If you are still having issues after re-logging in you should contact our Tech Support folks (https://www.extensis.com/company/contact-us/) and have them help you.

This is all local, i am not logged in at all

Well to use the product you will need to be logged in as that is how we verify you have a licensed copy of Suitcase, even if all your fonts are local :slight_smile:
