Client not accepting migrated workgroups

With help from our IT service provider we have a new Suitcase server 6 just installed. Font Vault from Suitcase server 4 have been migrated.
I am able to log in to the client with users migrated from server4, but clients does not syncronize the the workgroups and fonts from the new server. “Manage users and workgroups” menu in the client is grey, but I have no problem accessing users and workgroups logging in from a browser. Please advice me on what can be wrong.

Thanks for your question. Migration for versions of Universal Type Server have to be completed in incremental upgrades (from v4 to v5 to v6).
