Change Serial Number Suitcase Fusion 6

Hi,

How can I change the serial number I am currently using as I am still using one that my old work paid for and I haven’t been able to enter the one I purchased a few weeks ago.

When I click on Help -> Enter Serial Number nothing happens. I have also tried uninstalling and re-installing but still no luck.

This is a somewhat older topic and I did want to follow up and say that this is expected behavior. Once the application is serialized, it cannot be re-serialized. Please note that this is for Fusion versions 6 and older. Starting with Suitcase Fusion 7, serial numbers are no longer used. The application is registered at the time of purchase and requires a simple log-in on first launch using your Extensis account Username and Password.
