Cannot Log In To Admin UI After Type Server Upgrade

I upgraded from Extensis Type Server 5.0 to 5.2.1 (on Windows Server 2008 R2).

The installation process went without error, but now I cannot log in to the administrative web UI (in my case it’s at 192.168.10.10:18081).

The interface is served properly, that is I get the login page without error, but no matter what password I enter for user “administrator” (I’ve tried my original password as well the default password: “password”) I receive the error “Username and password do not match administrator account”

I have tried restarting all typeserver services.

Does anyone have any suggestions for resolving this?
